How the System Works
1. Raw Water Storage
Raw water is collected and stored in a food-grade tank. This ensures a stable and uninterrupted supply during purification.
2. Pre-Treatment and Filtration
The system begins with multi-stage filtration to remove sediment, turbidity, odour, chlorine, and organic compounds. This stage includes:
- Low-pressure feed pump
- Multi-media filter
- Activated carbon filter
- 5-micron and 1-micron cartridge filters
These layers protect the RO membranes and improve water clarity.
3. Reverse Osmosis Purification
High-pressure pumps push water through premium RO membranes. This removes:
- Bacteria

4. Mineralisation (Re-Mineralising Step)
